Meet Rachel Zeigler

Founder, Naked Chemistry Skincare

Rachel Zeigler is a licensed cosmetologist with a decade of experience in beauty, hair, skincare, and wellness. Her relationship with beauty began in childhood—creating skincare masks for her 10th birthday and asking for Barbie doll heads so she could practice hair styling and coloring.

After earning her Communications degree from Johnson C. Smith University in 2013, Rachel followed her lifelong passion into the beauty industry, earning her Cosmetology Science certificate from Aveda Institute South in 2016. Her career has taken her from Los Angeles sets to working alongside and for some of the industry's most recognized beauty brands.

In 2020, Rachel transformed a personal skincare need into a purpose-driven brand.

After years of experiencing irritation and ingrown hairs from hair removal, she wanted skincare that was effective without feeling harsh, overly drying, or complicated. She envisioned products that cared for the skin while honoring a more conscious approach to beauty.

Naked Chemistry Skincare was born from that vision—where beauty meets wellness, effective skincare meets intentional formulation, and self-care becomes a ritual rather than a routine.

Founded in April 2020 and launched on November 1, 2020, Naked Chemistry creates vegan skincare designed to help nourish, hydrate, soothe, and reveal healthy-looking skin—beautifully and intentionally.
